Who May Use This Limited Lifetime Warranty?

The Company extends this limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser of the Product as identified in the Company's records. This warranty does not extend to, and it is not transferable to, any subsequent users or purchasers of the Product.

What Does This Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?

This limited lifetime warranty guarantees that the Product will be free from defects in material, construction, and design for the lifetime of the Product, including but not limited to, the following:

• optical seals;
• hinge breakage;
• bond of telescopes to "Carrier Lenses";
• "Carrier Lenses" breakage;
• collimation;
• frames; and
• normal wear and tear and accidental or shipping damage (in each case, for the four (4) year period immediately following the original date of purchase, but excluding cosmetic damage that does not affect the Product's operation).

Exclusions

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover:

• any damage, breakage, or failure due to (i) mistreatment, (ii) misuse, (iii) neglect, (iv) tampering, (v) failure to follow the Product user manuals, maintenance instructions, or warnings, (vi) modifications or repairs performed by the purchaser or a third party without the Company's prior written consent, and/or (vii) normal wear and tear or accidental or shipping damage (in each case, after the end of the four (4) year period immediately following the original date of purchase); or

• replaceable maintenance parts, including, but not limited to, nose pads, saddles, and auxiliary items such as sport straps.

Remedies

If the Company determines that the Product (or its parts) are defective and covered under this limited lifetime warranty, the Company will, in its sole discretion, either (i) have the defective Product or part(s) repaired by the Company or its authorized representative, or (ii) replace the defective Product or part(s) with a new or refurbished Product or part(s).

Who May Use This Limited Warranty?

The Company extends this limited warranty to the original purchaser of the Product as identified in the Company's records. This limited warranty will extend to any subsequent users or purchasers of the Product, but will last for the remainder of the applicable warranty period from the original date of purchase.

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This limited warranty guarantees that the Product will be free from defects in material, construction, and design from the original date of purchase through the applicable warranty period set forth below:

• Wired headlights and their accompanying battery are covered for 24 months from the original date of purchase;
• Cordless headlights are covered under this limited warranty for 24 months from the original date of purchase, and their associated batteries are covered under this limited warranty for 12 months from the original date of purchase;
• Lighted instruments are covered under this limited warranty for 12 months from the original date of purchase; and
• Defective batteries are covered under this limited warranty for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

Exclusions

This limited warranty does not cover:

• any damage, breakage, or failure due to (i) mistreatment, (ii) misuse, (iii) neglect, (iv) tampering, (v) shipping, (vi) failure to follow the Product user manuals, maintenance instructions, or warnings, (vii) modifications or repairs performed by the purchaser or a third party without the Company's prior written consent, (vii) normal wear and tear, and/or (viii) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond the Company's reasonable control;
• replaceable maintenance parts, including, but not limited to, headlight cables, nose pads, saddles, and auxiliary items such as sport straps;
• batteries that simply exhibit diminished capacity, but are not defective; or
• damages or maintenance arising from liquid damage;

Remedies

If the Company determines that the Product (or its parts) are defective and covered under this limited warranty, the Company will, in its sole discretion, either (i) have the defective Product or part(s) repaired by the Company or its authorized representative, or (ii) replace the defective Product or part(s) with a new or refurbished Product or part(s). Any Product that is repaired or replaced by Quality Aspirators does not receive an extended warranty.
